Every Pasidi object is made from naturally sourced semi-precious stone — amethyst, honey onyx, blue agate, obsidian, rose quartz, malachite and lapis lazuli, among others. Metal accents are solid brass or bronze, hand-finished by our atelier. We do not use synthetic or reconstituted stone.
Many pieces are unique — particularly those in our bespoke and Nocturne collections. Our Signature Collection pieces are made in strictly limited editions (typically 12–24 per design). The edition number and stone provenance are documented with each piece.
Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which can affect certain stones. Keep away from harsh cleaning chemicals. For brass or bronze elements, use a dry polish cloth. A care card is included with every order.
Yes. Our Custom Gifting service creates bespoke pieces for private clients, hospitality spaces, corporate gifting and celebrations. Contact us through the Custom Gifting section or email bespoke@pasidihome.com to begin a conversation.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging. Bespoke and personalised pieces are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged. See our full Return Policy for details.
In-stock pieces are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Delivery within India typically takes a further 3–8 business days depending on your location. Bespoke commissions have individually agreed timelines. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Yes, we ship to select international destinations via fully insured courier. Please contact us at support@pasidihome.com before placing an international order to confirm availability and shipping costs to your location.
Private appointments at the Pasidi atelier in Vizag can be arranged by contacting us at appointments@pasidihome.com. We also offer virtual consultations for clients who prefer to discover the collection from home.
Each piece is individually wrapped in archival tissue and nestled in a rigid, cloth-lined gift box sealed with our wax stamp. Larger pieces arrive in custom-made wooden crates. We use no single-use plastic — all packaging materials are either recycled, recyclable or reusable.
