All products are subject to availability. Because many Pasidi objects are made in limited editions or as one-of-one pieces, we cannot guarantee continued availability after your order is placed. We reserve the right to cancel any order if an item becomes unavailable, and will notify you promptly with a full refund.

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit and debit cards, UPI and bank transfer for orders above ₹1,00,000. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase, except for agreed bespoke commissions which follow a staged payment schedule.

All content on this website — including images, text, design, product descriptions and the Pasidi brand identity — is the exclusive property of Pasidi Home and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pasidi Home shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Andhra Pradesh.
